- -For 3 to 7 days after treatment, avoid heavy drinking, smoking, saunas or jjimjilbangs (Korean bathhouses), hot baths and strenuous exercise to prevent inflammation.
- -Facial muscle movement or outside pressure can change the shape after treatment. For 2 to 3 weeks, avoid pressing on or irritating the treated area, for example by wearing hats, sleeping on your stomach or side, wearing glasses, or having ultrasound or radiofrequency treatments, deep facial massage or dental work.
