Chapter 1 General Provisions This Terms of Service is established to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company, affiliated medical institutions, and users; service usage conditions and procedures; and other necessary matters relating to AutoCoordinator (ADMIN) and related services (hereinafter 'Service') provided by Beautyol Corporation (hereinafter 'Company' or 'Beautyol'). Article 1 (Definition of Terms) The terms used in this Terms of Service are defined as follows. 1. 'Service' means AutoCoordinator and related services provided by Beautyol (hereinafter 'Company' or 'Beautyol') that can be used by 'Users' regardless of the terminal device on which it is implemented (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs and mobile terminals). 2. 'User' refers to a customer who accesses the 'Service' of the Company, enters into a usage contract with the 'Company' in accordance with this Terms of Service, and uses the 'Service' provided by the 'Company'. 3. 'Affiliated Medical Institution' refers to an entity that accesses the Company's system, enters into a usage contract with the 'Company' in accordance with the Service usage terms, and provides all types of medical services so that 'Users' can use the 'Company's' 'Service' through the 'Company's' system. 4. 'User ID' means a combination of letters and numbers determined by the 'User' and approved by the 'Company' for the identification of the 'User' and use of the 'Service'. 5. 'Password' means a combination of letters or numbers set by the 'User' himself/herself to confirm that the user matches the ID granted to the 'User' and to protect the password. 6. 'Termination' means the termination of the service usage contract between the Company and User after service activation. 7. All user information entered in the user registration application form to use the Service is deemed actual data, and users who do not enter their real name or actual information cannot receive legal protection and may be subject to service restrictions. 8. For terms used in this Terms of Service that are not specified in this section, they shall be governed by applicable laws and service-specific guidelines, and otherwise by general practice. Article 2 (Effectiveness, Changes, and Application of Terms) 1. This Terms of Service becomes effective by being posted on the service screen or notified to users by other means. 2. The Company may change this Terms of Service at its discretion. When the Company revises the Terms of Service, it will notify users of the date of application and the reason for revision by posting the current terms together on the service screen from 7 days before the application date until the day before the application date. 3. If new items are added to the Service, this Terms of Service shall apply unless otherwise specified. 4. For matters not mentioned in this Terms of Service, the Basic Telecommunications Act, Telecommunications Business Act, other related laws, and service usage guidelines shall apply. Chapter 2 User Registration Contract Article 3 (Agreement to Terms) If a customer clicks the 'Agree' button in response to a question about agreement to this Terms of Service for user registration, it is deemed that the customer agrees to the Terms of Service. Article 4 (User Registration) 1. A user registration contract is concluded when a customer who agrees to this Terms of Service fills in all user information required by the user registration application form specified by the Company and applies, and the Company accepts it. 2. All user information entered in the user registration application form to use the Service is deemed actual data, and users who do not enter their real name or actual information cannot receive legal protection and may be subject to service restrictions. Article 5 (Acceptance of User Registration) 1. The Company accepts the service usage application of users applying for registration under Article 4, except in the cases of Section 2 and Section 3. 2. The Company may reserve acceptance in the following cases until the reason for restriction is resolved: ① If service-related facilities are insufficient ② If there is a technical problem ③ If payment for the User's paid content usage is not made ④ If the Company deems it necessary for other reasons 3. The Company may not accept the application in the following cases: ① If the application is made using another person's name ② If the user information is entered falsely in the user registration application ③ If the application is made for the purpose of undermining social public order or morals ④ If the user does not meet other specified registration requirements of the Company Article 6 (Changes to User Information) If user information entered when applying for service use changes, the User must make corrections online, and the User is responsible for any problems arising from failure to update. Article 7 (Consent to Use of User Information) ① User information that the Company requests to be entered in the application form is used for the purpose of performing this usage contract and providing services under the usage contract. ② User information may be provided to the Company and affiliated companies so that users can conveniently use services of the Company and affiliated companies. In this case, the Company will notify users in advance, and users who do not agree may cancel their registration. However, users who continue to use the Service are deemed to agree to this. ③ The Company may send cookies to the User's computer through the Service. Users can refuse to receive cookies or change their web browser settings to warn about cookie receipt. Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties Article 8 (Obligations of the Company) 1. The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by laws and this Terms of Service, and endeavors to provide continuous and stable service. 2. The Company cannot disclose or distribute personal information of users obtained in connection with service provision to third parties without the user's prior consent. However, this may not apply in the following cases: ① If there is a request from a government agency in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Telecommunications Act and other laws ② If there is a request for investigation into criminal matters or a request from the Information and Communications Ethics Committee ③ If there is a request in accordance with procedures prescribed by other applicable laws 3. Within the scope of Section 2, the Company may create and use statistical data on personal information of all or some users in connection with Company business. Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Policy) The Company endeavors to protect the personal information entered at the time of user registration and financial transaction information obtained while providing services, and personal information protection of users shall be governed by the Company's 'Personal Information Protection Policy' and applicable laws. Article 10 (Obligations of Users) 1. The user information entered at the time of user registration must be accurate, and accurate user information must be maintained. 2. Users are responsible for maintaining their own ID and password, and are entirely responsible for all consequences arising from the use of their ID and password. In addition, if your ID and password are used without your consent, you must immediately notify the Company. 3. Users must comply with matters prescribed in this Terms of Service and applicable laws, service usage guidelines, matters separately announced by the Company, and precautions. 4. Users must not engage in the following acts: ① Using another user's user ID ② Reproducing, modifying, using, or providing information obtained from the Service to others for purposes other than the user's own use without prior consent of the Company ③ Infringing on the copyright of the Company or others ④ Distributing content that undermines social public order or morals ⑤ Acts that may be related to criminal activity ⑥ Other acts in violation of applicable laws 5. Users must comply with usage restrictions posted or separately announced by the Company. 6. Users cannot engage in any profit-making activities without prior consent of the Company. Article 11 (Prohibition of Transfer) Users may not transfer or grant their service usage rights or other status under the usage contract to another person, nor may they provide them as collateral. Chapter 4 Service Usage Article 12 (Provision of Information) The Company may provide various information to Users that it deems necessary for users to use the Service through e-mail, regular mail, or other methods. Users can refuse to receive information by notifying the Company of their intent to opt-out through e-mail. Article 13 (Deletion of Posts) The Company is not responsible for posts uploaded by users or content transmitted via e-mail or other methods, and may delete them without prior consent of the user in the following cases: ① If the user engages in defamation of other users or specific individuals, invades personal privacy, or damages the reputation of others ② If there is a risk of interfering with stable operation of the Service ③ If there is a risk of infringing on intellectual property rights of the Company or others ④ If the posting period specified by the Company is exceeded ⑤ If it is deemed to be related to other criminal activities or in violation of applicable laws Article 14 (Service Usage Hours) 1. Service usage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are operational or technical issues with the Company. However, this does not apply to specific hours specially designated by the Company for regular maintenance, etc. In such cases, the Company will notify users in advance. 2. The Company may exceptionally restrict all or part of the service if there are technical issues with the service facilities and force majeure events such as service overload that interfere with normal service. 3. Some services provided by the Company may have separate usage hours, in which case the Company will notify users of the service usage hours in advance. Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Usage) Users cannot engage in illegal commercial activities, business activities such as advertising, hacking, illegal distribution of commercial software, or posting of obscene content through the Service. The Company is not responsible for losses and legal measures by related agencies resulting from such activities. Article 16 (Suspension of Service Provision) 1. The Company may suspend service provision in the following cases: ① Due to construction for facility expansion, repair, etc. ② If a telecommunications business operator as specified in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications service ③ If the Service is impossible due to other force majeure 2. Except for national emergencies and natural disasters and other force majeure, the Company will notify users of service suspension. Chapter 5 Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions Article 17 (Contract Termination and Service Usage Restrictions) 1. When a User wishes to terminate the user registration contract, the User must notify the Company of their real name, user ID, resident registration number, etc. and apply for termination. 2. The Company may terminate the user registration contract or suspend service usage without prior notice if the User engages in any of the following acts: ① If the user intentionally interferes with the Company's service operation ② If the user distributes content that undermines social public order and morals ③ If the user illegally uses another user's ID and password ④ If the user enters false information when registering as a user ⑤ If the user illegally reproduces, distributes, or commercially uses service content without prior consent of the Company ⑥ If the user damages the reputation of others or distributes illegal software ⑦ If the user engages in any act in violation of applicable laws Chapter 6 Intellectual Property Rights Article 18 (Intellectual Property Rights) 1. Rights and responsibilities for materials posted by users on the Service belong to the user, and the Company cannot use them for profit-making purposes outside of the Service without the user's consent. 2. Users cannot use intellectual property rights, materials, services, software, and trademarks held by the Company or affiliated companies without written consent of the Company or affiliated companies, nor can they modify, rent, distribute, or transfer them in whole or in part. Chapter 7 Liability and Jurisdiction Article 19 (Liability) The Company is not liable for any damages occurring during the period when the Service fee is free, unless caused by the Company's intentional acts or negligence. Article 20 (Disclaimer) 1. The Company is not liable for providing the Service if it becomes impossible to provide the Service due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto. 2. The Company is not liable for service usage interruptions caused by the user's fault. 3. The Company is not liable for lost profits that users expect from using the Service, nor is it liable for damages caused by users' own selection of materials. 4. The Company is not liable for the reliability and accuracy of information, materials, and facts posted by users on the Service. 5. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between users or between users and third parties mediated through the Service, and is not liable for damages resulting from such disputes. 6. If damages occur to the Company due to the User's violation of the provisions of this Terms of Service, the User who violates the Terms shall compensate the Company for all damages and indemnify the Company from such damages. Article 21 (Jurisdiction) If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from service usage such as fees, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction. [ Supplementary Provisions ] (Effective Date) This Terms of Service shall take effect from January 1, 2026.
