Domestic Face FillerResults and frequency
-
01.
How the result looks at first depends on swelling after treatment. Filler is commonly used on the forehead, nose, cheeks, nasolabial folds, under-eye area and chin, and adds volume immediately.
-
02.
How long results last depends on the treatment area, the product, and individual factors. If you plan retreatment, it can be done after bruising and swelling have subsided. We recommend consulting our medical team to decide whether retreatment is needed.

Domestic Face FillerQ&A
- Q.What is the difference between Botox and filler?
- Botox uses purified botulinum toxin to inhibit the release of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter. This blocks the signals for muscle contraction and temporarily relaxes the muscle. It can soften wrinkles and reduce muscle volume. Filler uses hyaluronic acid, which the body absorbs easily, to fill sunken or hollow areas and deep wrinkles that Botox cannot easily improve, adding volume and softening wrinkles right away.
- Q.What is the difference between domestic and imported fillers? Which product is better?
- Both have the same ingredients and purpose. Imported fillers have a longer track record worldwide and are generally more viscoelastic. They also come in many varieties with different viscoelasticity depending on particle size, which allows more precise, natural results for each treatment area.
- Q.Can filler be removed?
- Yes. Our hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with a hyaluronidase injection. If a long time has passed since treatment and fibrosis has made the filler firm, complete removal in a single session may be difficult. We recommend a thorough consultation with our medical staff at the clinic before you proceed.

Domestic Face FillerAftercare
- -You can cleanse and wear makeup 2 to 3 hours after treatment. Remove the Duoderm patch on the treated area 1 to 3 days after treatment.
- -For 3 to 7 days after treatment, avoid heavy drinking, smoking, saunas or jjimjilbang (Korean bathhouses), hot baths, and strenuous exercise to prevent inflammation.
- -If medication is prescribed for the treated area, take it consistently for 3 days to prevent inflammation and reduce pain. Tell us right away about any relevant medical history or condition, such as an antibiotic allergy.
- -If pain keeps getting worse despite the prescribed medication, or if discoloration, blistering, itching, or a feeling of heat persists at the treated area, contact the clinic and come in for a visit.
- -The shape may change with facial muscle movement or outside pressure after treatment. For 2 to 3 weeks, avoid pressing on or irritating the treated area. This includes wearing a hat, sleeping face-down or on your side, wearing glasses, ultrasound or radiofrequency treatments, deep facial massage, and dental treatment.
- -Injections may cause bruising, swelling, pain, or a foreign body sensation depending on skin condition. Most symptoms subside within 1 to 2 weeks.
