  What is the difference between Botox and Filler?
• Botox is a procedure that uses purified botulinum toxin to inhibit the secretion of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter, blocking signals for muscle contraction and temporarily suppressing muscle activity. It is a treatment that can improve wrinkles, reduce muscle mass, and improve skin tone and elasticity. Filler is a procedure that fills depressed or hollow areas of the skin, or deep wrinkles that are difficult to improve with Botox, by injecting hyaluronic acid filler that is easily absorbed by the body, providing immediate improvement in wrinkles and volume.

  What is the difference between domestic and imported fillers? Which product is better?
• While they use the same ingredients and purposes, imported fillers, which have been used globally for a long time compared to domestic products, have relatively better viscoelasticity, and there are many varieties with different viscoelasticity depending on particle size, allowing for more precise and natural results depending on the treatment area.

  Can filler be removed?
• Our clinic uses hyaluronic acid filler. If you wish to have it removed after treatment, removal is possible using hyaluronidase injection, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid. However, if a long time has passed after treatment and fibrosis has progressed with filler remaining firm, complete removal in a single session may be difficult. We recommend visiting our clinic for sufficient consultation with medical staff before proceeding.

Please carefully check and follow the precautions.

• -Cleansing and makeup are possible 2-3 hours after treatment. Please remove the Duoderm attached to the treatment area 1-3 days after treatment.
• -For 3-7 days after treatment, it is best to avoid excessive drinking, smoking, sauna/jjimjilbang visits, hot water baths, and strenuous exercise to prevent inflammation.
• -Please take prescribed medication consistently for 3 days to prevent inflammation and reduce pain. If you have any medical history or special conditions such as antibiotic allergies, please inform us immediately.
• -If pain gradually worsens even after taking prescribed medication, or if skin color changes, blistering at the treatment area, itching, or heat sensation persists, please contact the hospital and visit.
• -Changes in appearance may occur due to facial muscle use and external pressure after treatment. Please be careful not to compress or irritate the treatment area for 2-3 weeks. (Examples: wearing a hat, sleeping face-down or on your side, wearing glasses, ultrasound & radiofrequency treatment, facial meridian massage, dental treatment)
• -With injection treatment, bruising, swelling, pain, or foreign body sensation may occur depending on skin condition, but most symptoms subside within 1-2 weeks.
