• Potenza Acne uses disposable needles. Because the procedure inserts insulated microneedles into the skin layers, reuse is difficult for hygiene reasons, so treatment proceeds after you purchase your own individual tip.

  How is it different from PDT treatment?
• PDT suppresses sebaceous gland activity by applying a photosensitizer called 5-ALA and then exposing the skin to light, which allows wide-area treatment of the entire face. Potenza Acne, on the other hand, destroys targeted sebaceous glands by inserting insulated needles into each pore one by one, making localized treatment possible. Please carefully check and follow the precautions.

• -Cleansing and makeup are possible immediately after the procedure, but please avoid using scrubs for about a week and avoid peeling treatments.
• -For 3-7 days after the procedure, it is recommended to avoid excessive drinking, smoking, sauna/jjimjilbang visits, hot baths, and strenuous exercise to prevent inflammation.
• -Mild redness and a burning sensation may occur, but these will subside quickly.
• -Post-procedure dryness may occur, so use moisturizer frequently, and it is advisable to apply sunscreen when going outside.
• -Occasionally, inflammation and scabs may appear on the treated area after the procedure, but they will shed naturally, so please be careful not to touch or pick them off with your hands.
• -You must visit the clinic within 3 days after the procedure for extraction.
