  What is the difference between nose filler and Hico?
• Hico is a procedure that improves the nasal bridge and tip using hyaluronic acid filler and biocompatible dissolving threads, which differs from traditional nose filler that uses only filler to enhance the volume of the nasal bridge line. Tesco creates a distinct nasal bridge as well as the tip, and since the dissolving threads support the filler, it is excellent for improving nose shape. Additionally, as the threads dissolve, they generate collagen, so natural volume is maintained for a long time even after the filler is absorbed.

Please carefully check and follow the precautions.

• -Cleansing and makeup are possible 2-3 hours after the procedure. Please remove the Duoderm attached to the treated area after 3 days.
• -For 3-7 days after the procedure, it is advisable to avoid excessive drinking, smoking, sauna/jjimjilbang visits, hot baths, and strenuous exercise to prevent inflammation.
• -Depending on the treated area, please consistently take prescribed medication for 3 days to prevent inflammation and reduce pain. If you have a history of antibiotic allergies or other special conditions, please be sure to inform us.
• -If pain continues to worsen even after taking prescribed medication, or if you experience skin color changes, blistering at the treated area, itching, or persistent heat sensation, please contact the hospital and visit for consultation.
• -There may be changes in shape due to facial muscle movement and external pressure after the procedure. Please be careful not to have the treated area compressed or irritated for 2-3 weeks. (Examples: wearing hats, sleeping face down or on your side, wearing glasses, ultrasound & radiofrequency procedures, facial meridian massage, dental treatment)
• -In some cases, threads may protrude from the treatment area depending on your skin condition. If this occurs, please avoid touching it with your hands and visit our clinic for appropriate treatment.
• -Depending on your skin condition, injection procedures may result in bruising, swelling, pain, or foreign body sensation, but these typically resolve within 1–2 weeks.
