      • -To prevent inflammation, avoid heavy drinking, smoking, sauna or jjimjilbang visits, hot baths, and strenuous exercise for 3-7 days after the procedure.
      • -Please avoid rubbing or strongly irritating the treated area, and avoid deep massage or meridian massage for one month.
      • -Small raised bumps from the Botox injections usually settle within 2-3 hours but may last 1-2 days depending on skin condition.
